Construction Class
Built to CSA A277 — modular, to the building code.
- CSA A277 means each home is factory-built to the Ontario Building Code and certified module-by-module — the same code a site-built house is held to.
- Set on a permanent foundation and finished to the building code — a permanent dwelling you own like any house.
- A277 is the most broadly accepted construction class for additional dwelling units across Ontario municipalities.
- Because the build is factory-certified, many municipalities offer a simpler permit path — your municipality and a designer confirm what applies to your lot.
